To book your first training sessions please Contact Me and leave your details. I will call you as soon as possible.
Additional sessions can be booked in person at the end of each session.
Please note that payment must be received prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your prearranged training session, please contact me as soon as possible and I will try to rearrange your session. At least 24 hours notice is required in order to reschedule a training session, otherwise the session must be paid for in full.
