As well as having first-hand experience in weight management and enhancing cardiovascular fitness, I have an extensive knowledge of the modes of training which can be employed to best achieve results in these fields. I have also trained a number of clients in these areas, helping them to achieve their personal goals.

I am a fully qualified personal trainer. I am highly motivated and fully committed to my clients.

My approach to personal training is both friendly and informative. Diet and exercise advice available to the general public can often be misleading and difficult to interpret. I offer clear and concise guidance enabling my clients to develop and follow a healthy lifestyle.

Clients may wish to improve their health and fitness, improve their self-confidence, or increase their energy levels, but whatever an individual’s goals, everyone can benefit from working with a personal trainer.
